This week’s Power Surge – Idea Exchange Message was inspired by my personal insights about “what’s fair” and how it has affected me in my life and goals.
There was no single “ah-ha” moment that brought me to this way of thinking. But over a period of years, as I reflected on my experiences as they related to my goals, I was puzzled about fairness and the nature of people in the business dynamic. This led me to be more inquisitive of my business partners, co-workers, and employees. I reflected on how their value system was relative to my perspective of “what’s fair.”
