Labor Day weekend is coming up. Traditionally, it is the last big weekend of the summer before everyone moves in to their autumn/fall mindset. Once school begins, it always feels like summer is over.

A couple weeks ago I turned 61. No big deal, right? We are only as young as we think we are … age is just a number … and insert favorite saying here. What I love about "sayings" or proverbs is they are usually right!
